Sustainer Rate

This payment will cover 3 months of meetings

(once a month, 2 hour duration, including a centering practice to begin and a rest practice to end),

a one on one meeting with your mentor (30 minutes) to discuss your practice, ask questions, or vent,

and resources such as articles, video tutorials, and audio recordings compiled monthly and about the topic of our meeting.

You'll be invited to join our slack channel where we share teaching opportunities, questions about our practice, celebrations about our wins, and opportunities to practice yoga for free.
